Delivery

UK delivery is seta at a flat rate of £3.70 and sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
Items are usually despatched within 1-3 days, and delivered 2-3 days.

Overseas Delivery – We deliver worldwide, rates may vary, but usually around £8-£12.

Returns

If the package you receive is damaged do not sign for it and contact us immediately.

PERSONALISED ITEMS:
Any of our personalised items cannot be returned as they have been specially made for you and cannot be resold.

For UNPERSONALISED ITEMS – If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item then contact us within 2 days of receipt and you have 10 days to return the item to us in it’s original condition along with any accompanying documentation received and we will make a refund less any postage costs.

ROLLER BLINDS:
Printed blinds are all made-to-measure, so unfortunatelty we cannot accept returns of these items unless they are faulty. We cannot be responsible for customers measurements being wrong.

Please note the colours displayed on the website may not be identical to the original artwork, the colours may differ slightly due to lighting effects or specification of monitor/equipment viewed on, the colours on the website are as close as possible to the original.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
