If the package you receive is damaged do not sign for it and contact us immediately.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork then contact us within 2 days of receipt and you have 10 days to return the artwork to us in it’s original condition along with any accompanying documentation received and we will make a refund less any postage costs.

Printed blinds are all made-to-measure, so unfortunatelty we cannot accept returns of these items unless they are faulty. We cannot be responsible for customers measurements being wrong.

Any of our personalised items cannot be returned as they have been specially made for you.

Please note the colours displayed on the website may not be identical to the original artwork, the colours may differ slightly due to lighting effects or specification of monitor/equipment viewed on, the colours on the website are as close as possible to the original.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have a problem with goods or services you purchased online, you can use this platform to make a complaint and have it resolved by an independent dispute resolution body.
